As soon as you have paid you will be playing in the next UK Lotto or EuroMillions draw. The draws take place normally between 8.00pm and 10pm GMT. If you are applying on the day of a draw and your application is accepted before 7.00pm GMT, you will be playing in that day’s draw.

If your application is accepted after the 7.00pm GMT deadline, you will first be playing in the draw after that day’s draw.

You will be able to make a claim at anytime for up to 30 days from the date of draw. Disbursements of any funds will be made within 14 days. For any prizes greater than £1,000 you will need to contact the customer services centre on 0870 000 8691 who will take you through the claim process.
