2 - How to claim your lottery winnings

Important: Please keep the first welcome email detailing your lottery lines as the same numbers will be entered into every draw for the duration of your subscription.

Each week you will receive an email with the National Lottery results and an 8 digit Claim Reference number for the next lottery draw. The Claim Reference number is important as this is your proof of purchase and you will need this in order to make a claim in the event of a win.

Making a Winning Claim in 3 easy steps

1. Go to www.MatchMoreLotto.com

2) Click on Members Login and sign in to website

3) Click on "Make a Claim' then enter your claim reference number to make your claim.

Winnings will be paid out to you by cheque and you will receive these within 7 working days from the time of claiming.

You can make a claim up to 30 days from the date of a draw.

Please note for claims over £1,000, you will need to contact customer services on 0870 000 8691 who will take you through the process.
 

3 - Alternative ways to play the National Lottery
