MatchMore Lotto Service Guide

1 - When can I play MatchMore Lotto?

You can play the MatchMore Lotto 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Please note that the cut off for any draw is at 20:00 on the day of the draw. Should you join after 20:00 on the day of a draw your entry will be entered for the next draw.

You must have successfully signed up under our registration process before you can participate in any of the National Lottery or EuroMillions games on offer.

 

2 - How does MatchMore Lotto work?

MatchMore Lotto has partnered with Txt Lotto Ltd who appoints syndicate managers on your behalf to purchase and assign National Lottery and EuroMillions tickets as well as validating and dispersing any winnings.

Playing the National Lottery and EuroMillions with MatchMore Lotto is easy. Depending on your selected offer you are given chances to win within your syndicate in either/both National Lottery Wednesday and Saturday and/or, EuroMillions Tuesday and Friday or combinations of former. Together with lottery results delivered directly to your registered email account. Your syndicate rows will be entered into every draw for the duration of the package you have signed up to and you will be charged a fee as per your selected package description for receiving the lottery results. That way you need never miss a draw or results again!

Once registered and thereafter, you will receive a Claim Reference number by email, this will also be displayed in your members Area under ‘My messages’. Your Claim Reference ID is your proof of purchase. Please keep this information as you need your Claim Reference ID to make a claim.

4 - MatchMore Lotto privacy policy?

MatchMore Lotto Privacy Policy describes the way in which information about you is collected and used.

MatchMore Lotto is committed to protect your privacy and has a strict Privacy Policy. MatchMore Lotto will take steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely. It will only be used for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

In common with other web-based offerings, MatchMore Lotto uses temporary in-memory 'cookies' to track usage of the website, enabling quicker access when you re-visit pages subsequently. If you wish, you can set your browser to bar 'cookies' but this will prevent you from operating our website effectively.

5 - How do I check if I've won?

After each draw is announced we will notify you of the draw results to your email. If any of your lines have won, simply go to the website and click the Members Area where you will be required to enter your email and Claim Reference ID. You can view all your claim reference numbers in the members area under ‘My messages’ also.

 

6 - How and where do I get my winnings?

Once your claim has been verified you will need to enter your personal details so that any winnings can be dispatched to you. Your winnings will be paid to you by cheque. You can claim winnings using the claim reference numbers that were sent to you. Claim reference numbers last for a period of 30 days, so you need to claim any winnings within this time period. Disbursements of any funds will be made within 14 days. For any prizes greater than £1,000 you will need to contact the customer services centre support@matchmorelotto.com who will take you through the claims process.

 

7 - Are my winnings tax free?

Normally winnings are not subject to tax but you will need to check.
